These terms are maintained by A List Media & Management and apply to visitors, enquiries and client engagements.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting a form does not create a contract. Engagements begin only once both parties sign a written agreement covering scope, timelines and fees.
Fees and payment
Fees, billing cycles and cancellation terms are set out in your individual service agreement.
Intellectual property
Our brand, copy and site design remain our property. Deliverables produced for a client transfer per the terms of that client's agreement.
